We’ve recently visited the site of an exciting new build project on the outskirts of Cowbridge, where we’ve been appointed to take the design through to completion. Set on a vacant strip of land adjoining horse stables, the project promises a contemporary home that responds to its rural setting and maximises the unique character of the location.

We’ve been back on site at The Paddock to see the progress on this exciting new build. The Styrostone blockwork is complete, the structure is now being made watertight, and the striking floating box balcony is starting to take shape, bringing the design vision to life!

We’ve just submitted a planning application for a unique new build in the Welsh Valleys. A modern family home that celebrates concrete as a defining material. The design combines bold architectural form with warm, functional spaces, creating a home that feels contemporary yet deeply connected to its setting.

We’ve been on site at Wraxhill Road as the build moves towards completion. The formwork is now finished, and the roof finish is being installed, marking an exciting stage where the design is really coming together.
