The Pippins

Indigo Square is a £16 million cladding replacement project that we delivered from RIBA Stage 0–5, progressing seamlessly from early feasibility through planning, detailed design and Building Regulations approval. The full façade refurbishment upgraded the building envelope to meet current fire, thermal and regulatory standards, achieved through close coordination between the design team, client, contractor and specialists.
Spanish Road is an £8 million cladding replacement project delivered from RIBA Stage 0–5, covering the process from initial briefing through planning, detailed design, Building Regulations, and construction. The project replaced the existing façade with a high-performance, compliant envelope, enhancing fire safety, thermal performance, and durability, all achieved through close coordination with the client, contractor, and specialist suppliers.
The Railway Pub redevelopment, delivered from RIBA Stage 0–5, transformed a former public house into high-end residential apartments focused on quality and liveability. The scheme combines generous, well-planned interiors, premium finishes, and sustainable features like green roofs and landscaped gardens, creating a distinctive, design-led development.
